Every amount is stored twice, as entered and normalised at entry time, so a later rate move can never rewrite your history and bills in different currencies stay addable.

A six-month forecast steps each subscription's real billing cycle forward, so an annual renewal shows up as the spike it is rather than a monthly average.

Price-change detection reads the transaction history, a nightly job rolls billing cycles forward and fires reminders, and calendar events update themselves as you edit.
